She is a dedicated mother and wife,a professional floral designer, and avid mountain athlete. She tries to find time for the trails surrounding Breckenridge in her spare time. stacy joined the team at petal and bean in 2004. he earned a b.s.e. in physical education: exercise science / sport science at the university of kansas. he has also earned an m.a. in physical education: outdoor adventure education at the university of northern colorado in greeley, colorado.

stacy and dina met after returning from a seasonal outdoor education contract in juneau, alaska. he has worked in and around breckenridge since 1996. some of his previous employers include: the town of breckenridge, breckenridge ski resort, keystone science school and colorado kayak supply.
