How do I reserve your services for my wedding day? A $300 non-refundable deposit will save the day for you. This amount will be applied to your total cost. The balance is due three weeks prior to your wedding day.
How can I see your work, or get a referral? Start by reviewing all the pictures in the design portfolio / photo gallery. You can also contact me to schedule a time to visit and discuss your gathering. Referrals are available. Please contact me for more information.
Do you have a price list? Every event we design is unique and personalized so it is difficult to create a price list. But, we have created a list of approximate prices to get you started creating your budget. You can also generate a flower budget idea by figuring between $25 - 35 per guest in your wedding package. Some suggest 15 - 20% of your total budget be allocated towards your flowers and decor.
What happens if I need to make changes to my flower order? Changes can be made up to three weeks prior to your wedding day.
When should we finalize my flower order? Finalizing your floral décor will depend upon your theme. The more details, the closer to the actual date.
Do you design for events other than weddings? Yes. We specialize in weddings, but we also design for private parties, events and gatherings.
How should I prepare for our first consultation? Browse through wedding magazines, websites and books to get an idea of your floral style. Collect pictures and begin a portfolio of the look that best represents your style and personality. Creating a portfolio of what you don't like is also a good idea. Bring swatches of your bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses if you have them. Invitations, pictures sent via email are acceptable as well.
Our event is in Vail, Beaver Creek, or some other location? Are you able to travel? Yes, but in order to secure our products and services for your gathering, we have a request of floral budgets of $5000 and up. This will ensure that great work will be produced and your dreams will be realized.
